Baking Monday - Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Ah, made it just under the wire for Baking Monday today. These bar cookies are made from a doctored-up cake mix. They are the peanut butter version of caramel brownies - quite delicious.
This is what they look like out of the oven. No adjustments needed for this recipe (except omit the coconut of course - bleck!)
